Keep up the good work! Keep in your mind on the motivation when you feel a lapse. When your daughter grows up you want to be able to walk her down the aisle, dance at her wedding, play with your grand children, right? I know she is only 8 but remember you want to live past 50.
I believe that walking &/or rebounding is the best exercise you can do. Great job! Hope you are drinking lots & lots of pure water and getting plenty of sleep :o)
That's so cool. :) Great to hear about your exercise. I just checked out your first vid. There's definitely a difference! Losing weight can make you feel invincible like you can eat whatever and not exercise but :p it doesn't work that way. I look forward to you reaching your goals!
Good Job! Nice to see you back at your exercises. I sometimes shirk mine. I do stomach crunches daily and sometimes I just feel too tired, but I get back with it again. Do you do full sit ups? I find stomach crunches just as affective. Ok, I'll be cheering you on!
as a fellow dieter, I know alllll about those damn cravings, but i carry a picture around of what i'm looking to achieve, i guess it's all down to personal motivation.
I'll tell you, Michael... (probably told you before), but when I was doing my Daily 1/2 hour walks, it was about 6 months before the pounds started dropping off. After that, it was a piece of cake... er, Gravy!... er... DON'T they have a saying of it being easy that doesn't have something to do w/ FOOD???? :p
Keep it up buddy! You're an inspiration. Where there's a WILL, there's a WAY!
