thats what we do for breakdancing work out well part of it i love mma did a bunch of diff styles for a long time but if u want cross training deff do gymnastics or breakdancing itll help alot with ur mma

RMAX does timed sets rather than reps. Go for 20-30 seconds at highest intensity possible once you have the technique.
