  • thats what we do for breakdancing work out well part of it i love mma did a bunch of diff styles for a long time but if u want cross training deff do gymnastics or breakdancing itll help alot with ur mma

  • I think you're right. To me, it looks hard as heck, but I can imagine it's harder than heck. I'd start out as easily as possible with this one.

  • That's what I love about fitness. There is like an unlimited number of exercises out there to get in shape. I never seen this one.

  • RMAX does timed sets rather than reps. Go for 20-30 seconds at highest intensity possible once you have the technique.

  • its rare to find people who work time under tension

  • Sport specific exercises such as these are far superior to traditional weight exercises.
