  • This is an awesome video. Wonder if the Liberals in office would watch this.

  • You are doing a good thing by removing the toxic metals from our waterways. You sir are a Good Person and I salute you...

I wish you a gold nugget as big as your heart.

  • But alas, I too am a dredger. The only that I would recommend is changing the muffler setup. I had a muffler shop install a different one on my 3 inch and it sure does make a big difference. Instead of hand gestures, and throwing rocks at my mining buddies, we just talk to one another. Big improvement.

  • You evil dredgers. Sure, I could try to use logic, but if I didn't that, then I'd probably know all the good that dredging actually does. But, why focus on all the trash you remove from the rivers, or the fish spawning beds that you create, or the simple fact that you are just having a darn fun time playing in the water, when I can just hide behind misinformation and lies.

  • thank you for showing us what a suction dredg can be used for other than just looking for gold I love to fish and if I can make one of them to help clean the junk out of the water in the area I live to me its a big thumbs up and hey if I find gold also thats even better :D

  • this is the same thing I see here in washington rivers, lots of lead. The fishermen here still think we are hurting the river, the fish! all the good things this does for are water ways and they still think its hurting the fish, with no prof to show for there side. I also take out garbage from the river, mostly fishing left overs string. huks, beer bottles, worm foam coolers, and much more all from fishermen on the river.

  • They would pay a lefty to remove the things we pay to do ourselves. I always remove not only Lead,Mercury, and old Iron from rivers. I also take a garbage bag of bottles, cans, and trash when I leave too. Lefties are just nuts. We are the true environmen talists. We actually get in the water and clean things out. Instead of asking the government to take someones money and pay someone to study the problem for 10 years and do nothing.

  • Great Video.. It's about time somebody showed these anti dredging Aholes what it's all about. It is a great benefit to the environment. And may any dredge hater get tetnis stepping on a rusty knife, murcury poisoning and wash it down with a fist full of split shot !!

  • This is one of the first videos I've ever seen on YouTube showing the benefits of suction dredging. Although many new videos on this subject have been made (with higher video quality). No video I've seen, makes the point so strongly as this one! This video is still the BEST!

  • Thanks for this. I made a video here on youtube also showing the benefits of suction dredging on fish habitat.

  • Your guys rock keep it up .

    thank You

  • nice job, the epa should congratulate ya! you're also making fishing holes! i used to prospect in alaska... in MI now... thinking about a vaca up to the UP to sluice.

  • Mate, You should get paid for cleaning the river.10 stars.

  • Dredgers should be receiving awards for their efforts to improve the fish population and removing toxic metal from the streams!

  • Good job Chuck! Thanks for posting the video.

  • Thanks for showing some of the positive effects of dredging! There's really not any negative side to it except for the hard work and expense for the dredger.
