its not a travel. There is another dribble after the first one around 3 point line. You cant see the dribble clearly from the angle of the video. That is why you need sound to watch these basketball video. Theres clearly a basketball bouncing sound there. 2 dribbles after the behind the back dribble and then the dunk. NO TRAVEL.
