I just think there's no market for harder drugs. If people CAN get weed, they'll use it. Part of it, yes, is rebellion. But if people are dumb enough to do coke just because it's illegal, their loss. The other thing is, it would never be legalized without having an age-limit like everything else. Therefore there'd still be that element of "rebellion" in your argument against harder drugs. Just my 2 cents.
