I remember sitting at the restaurant watching them film that scene with all the cop cars backing out @ 1:22. They filmed a lot of movies and TV shows at that police station once it was retired and no longer being used by the Los Angeles police department.

The old Police station that was in this movie was in Highland Park, Los Angeles County, California. It is now a museum. I grew up in that area back in the 1960's and left that area in 1993.I have been to just about all the places that was film. My dad had an office on the other side of the parking lot next to the police station and across the street from the police station was a Bob's big boy restaurant that we went to every morning before we headed out to work.
