I use ALL kinds of pickings.Its my favorite technique

But it sounded like bad or something. Is arm picking bad? I know MANY guitarists that tried and they CAN'T play it.

@Biogus87 It's not "bad", but it isn't ideal. You will fatigue much quicker than you would if you were picking with your wrist, it also adds in un-needed movements, increasing the time between your strokes. You pick so fast with your arms that you don't really notice it, however, if you had always practiced with your wrist, you would have much more control and speed :)
