When i played Oblivion i actually started the game over, and made an ugly game character to fit for Namiras shrine, then i read on internet that i just need to drink some wine :(

what i did instead of getting drunk to drain pers. i made a spell a lot easier and you can take it off when you want

turn off the detect life when u already find them cause its a pain for the eyes

make a spell to drain it for 5 seconds

@jago1414 yeah me too. but here's what you do. get a non-enchanted ring. enchant it with any soul gem (higher the better obviously) and under which spell to use, go drain attribute (if you have it) and click, SELF, and then drain Personality. it should be able to bring you down a few notches. then just wear that while drinking the wine.

yah it is. You just need at least a combat level of 10 or above.
