  • Depending on what is making you ill, it is best to go to your family doctor and get a blood test to see if any T cells show that you could have problem with gluten. I know that in the UK it is one of the detection methods used, also with a biopsy of the small intestine.

I would not recommend stop eating anything with wheat in it, as there could be another reason you are ill. Without knowing what your symptoms are it would be any number of problems.

Can not comment on insurance though.

  • I am a 54 yr ld with NO insurance--Sick for 5-6 months NOW I am scarey sick-what can I do??Please give me any suggestins-Thank=You davis4TX@gmail.com

  • @BROOKE4TX My STRONG recommendation: Pick one whole food: brown rice; I picked pumpkin. Eat ONLY that food for 3 days and see whether you feel better. Then add one food per day. Keep careful records of what you have eaten and your symptoms. I have Celiac, can't have starches of any kind so no grains no starchy veggies, no legumes. Lactose intolerance (milk sugar) Casein intolerance.(milk protein) Fructose malabsorbtion, and severe gas with broccoli and similar veggies.

  • @pellskate I drink lactose-free milk and take trypsin or other protease enzymes with dairy. I avoid ALL grains. I take anti-gas enzymes with the broccoli family. I take broad-spectrum enzymes with most food. I take glucose=dextrose=corn sugar with high-fructose foods or drink lactose free milk with it since the lactose is broken down into glucose and galactose.

  • Where is part two of this? Excellent presentation.
