10) I never want to even hear the name Ecaz Studios again, but guess what, I have to! Again and again and again! Why? Because they FORCE you to accept their spam! There's no Unsubscribe link in any of their emails nor is there an option to unsubscribe in their website.
9) After collecting my name cards from my friend, PFFFT what sort of quality is that? You need 300 pixels/inch, I give 300 pixels/inch, but still my cards has noise printed! Either Ecaz Studios' printers suck, or they made me redo my graphics but used my old graphics instead.
8) My friend went to collect the cards for me. I asked her to ask for the direct number to the manager/owner, since it's all over Facebook that it's IMPOSIBBLE to get through to them with the normal office line. Guess what.. "we don't give such information" they said.
6) The email I got telling me that my cards are ready? Guess what. A whole bunch of us got it, as our emails weren't hidden from each other! Don't you know anything about BCC? How can you be in e-customer relations and not know?!?!
7) Email I sent rebuffing them on their mistake? No reply received, no apology given.
3) Information not provided beforehand. How is the average joe supposed to know the industry standard for printing is 300 pixels/inch? Thank goodness my design was simple, or I'll have a hell of a time redoing my files. I wasted enough time as it is.
4) I was only told that my files weren't usable a WEEK after I uploaded them. That was supposed to be when my namecards are ready to collect.
5) Finally, my namecards were ready for collection... TWO weeks later
Everyone, do NOT purchase anything from Ecaz Studios!
1) Customers aren't notified on delays. I had to find out about it only on Facebook (which I had to Google for)
2) Ecaz Studios cannot handle what they themselves promised. It's not customers' fault they made Group Buying coupons from different sites for different items to expire at the same period. Anyone can expect many last minute orders. If you can't handle the rush, stagger your closing dates!
