With all this said, messi doesn't play bad for argentina anyway. I don't see why people only talk of soley goal stats as messi is a player who brings much much more to a team than just goal stats. His vision and dribbling ability are second to none.

The key to succesfull teams is a balanced side from defence to attack. Not just 5 top attackers, a midfield with zero creativity and a league 2 style defence, it is about balance. If anything, Argentina need to improve defensively and find a creative midfielder.

Heinze and Demichelis are horrible in my opinion. THey can`t pass or receive an easy ball. DI maria should also have a place in the argentene team.
