When I first saw this episode, I was a little confused from 1:34-1:44 wondering what was wrong if Mr. Bean touched the golf ball. Then a golf coach who I took golf lessons from told me that if you touch the ball in golf, it's a one point off penalty where the golf coach told me that you are supposed to hit the ball wherever it is.

From 1:10-1:11, I love the look on the golf manager's face where he was looking and probably thinking "that's gross, I will never touch that golf ball again" and/or "that's gross, I will never let people play golf with that golf ball again."

The reason he hates the blue car is because, on the first episode which is called "Mr. Bean", Mr. Bean was on his way to take an exam, and that blue car was driving very slowly in front of him. So out of anger he sped past the blue car to cause it to tip over. So from then on everytime he sees the blue car, out of anger, he causes it to either tip over, or to fall off the road, or to push it out of a parking spot.

That might not be the reason. I found on the internet that the blue car was driving slowly in front of him on the first episode called "Mr. Bean" where Mr. Bean was going to take an exam.
