plain and simple is a rip off from Robotech.However I give it credit for achieving such task in animation.

@pinoi78 are you serious? THe only good thing is the level of detail is higher on the mecha, but they move like stop-motion toys. Too stiff. Shadow Chronicles mecha movements were smoother. Not to mention wonky character artwork.
