I don't advocate pot use however after the way I have recently heard it explained I see why. If we legalize marijuana then we take many of the dangerous drug cartels that deal it out of buisness. i wish pot were legal. I have coped with a number of mental health problems my entire life, post traumatic stress, anxiety and severe anger issues. If I hadn't started smoking marijuana I'd be in jail for murder. That's how angry I'd get. Now I have kids and have almost completely stopped because I don't want them to be taken away. But I'm a better person when I can smoke once and a while.

I'm against drugs, even the legals, Thanks to those legal drugs I end up in the hospital for overdose because my doctor made a fucking mistake. but anyway. That's another story. Now the question is: if we give away all the illegal drugs that has being confiscated from the drug lords, to the junkies, they wouldn't still, murder etc, in order to buy illegal drugs? I don't advocate pot use however after the way I have recently heard it explained I see why. If we legalize marijuana then we take many of the dangerous drug cartels that deal it out of buisness. Most deaths by comparasion have come more from the dealers. Not to say pot isn't dangerous it is very much so. We need to educate and discourage certain usage.

i wish pot were legal. I have coped with a number of mental health problems my entire life, post traumatic stress, anxiety and severe anger issues. If I hadn't started smoking marijuana I'd be in jail for murder. That's how angry I'd get. Now I have kids and have almost completely stopped because I don't want them to be taken away. But I'm a better person when I can smoke once and a while.

I just spent way too much time researching this topic. I'd rather not go on about everything I've found, but Ron Paul seems to be absolutely right, it IS easier to get marijuana than it is to alcohol.
Why? Because removing the criminality involved starves the black market, and reduces their control while inflating business/government control. Not enough room to post links but look up, READ about it.

The majority of herbal medicines CAN be smoked, the simple fact that smoking something can cure something else is relevant today in medicine!
