Offcourse he is a catholic well I hope we don't see more Chinese Catholics becoming protestants! After all if Benedict dies and we have a pope from Japan just in case they might be a high percentage of Chinese Catholics becoming protestants aftrer all the saint of my confirmation is Japanese.

yes, taro aso is catholic, but not converted. his family was catholic too. And taro aso is not the prime minister of japan anymore...he was destituited...Now the prime minister of japan is Yukio Yatohama from the liberal party!
