"Do you swear to state the truth the whole truth And nothing but the truth" (So help you god).. At what point do You Allow a court proceeding to find?
Also, another quick comment about this complete bullshit of "police are revenue generators."
If police make so much money for the city through citations, why is it that so many cities around the country are laying off so many officers? And the ones that haven't laid off are employing hiring freezes.
Aren't these sources of income, according to you? Think about it. Police depts don't make money for most cities, they cost the city great money.
There is so much misinformation and quasi-legal mumbo-jumbo in this types of videos.
Firstly, referring to legal concepts that aren't actual law is a useless, fruitless practice; doing so is plainly stupid.
Secondly, police are NOT revenue generators in any large department. My dept last year had citation fines "generated" for the city that would cover a grand total of: 1.5% of the operational cost of the police dept. 1.5%. The other 98.5% is COST, not profit.
"Do you know how the speed limit became 35 in this area???" Do you know why the state made it 35? Guess not - lets tell you... For your safety and everyone Else's.. Whatever, I wasted my time to see a cry baby try to act as a liberal. (my own fault) Just say'n. By the way - You can hate this comment or respond back negatively, I really won't give a shit.
The two witness standard is considered to be a considerably higher standard than "beyond a reasonable doubt". It is currently only required for 1 crime, the only crime that is outlined in the constitution... Treason.
Responsio unius non omnino auditur. The answer of one witness shall not be heard at all. 1 Greenl. Ev. 260. This is a maxim of the civil law, where everything must be proved by two witnesses. This "court" violates this maxim of law.
If i had a Hundred dollar bill for every damned time i was pulled over buy the NH police id be doing Quite well right now,,this is all B.S. Since ive moved away from NewHampshire i can count all The times ive been stopped for a traffic violation on One Finger... Yep Just once.. MF's
@jimbritttn wrote, "OBEY THE LAW AND DON'T GET TICKET!! I have been driving 42 years and have NEVER received a ticket because I obey the law!"
Well aren't you just so special. You should powder your rump, jam a peacock's tail feather up your ass and strut around in your front yard informing neighbors and passerby that in 42 years of driving you've never been ticketed.
Ron Paul is so much better than the other candidates, can't New Hampshire see it? I mean Mitt Romney? OH, please no. Newt Gingrich? Are you kidding me? Wake up New Hampshire! Don't you want an honest veteran who happens to be a doctor and knows the law. Don't be afraid of Freedom. Google Ron Paul's campaign, see the facts. Lady Liberty has a knight in shining armor in Ron Paul. Let's not elect any more toads showering them with taxpayer money! Help free this country from the power hungry jerks.
So let me see...The judge, and the cop complaining, and the prosecutor are all paid by the Plaintiff [THE STATE OF ....]. Wheres the injured party? Standing to sue, Corpus Delecti? Proof of claim that is was a 'motor vehicle', Proof of claim that it is a court of record proceeding according to common law. Statutes and codes are mans written law and not common law. This is a bill of attainder as no jury is making the judicial determination, the judge is. learn more at my channel
I have asked an officer to see the calibration report on his radar gun when I got a ticket on Sheppard Air force Base. He took me to his car, and pull it out of the glove box. I literally said "you have got to be kidding me." He laughed and said "you aren't the first smart@ass I've pulled over in my career." I laughed and he wrote me the ticket. He was a pleasant enough guy.
someone has seen too many cop shows.. a closing argument.. you only get that when you are cross examined and each representation has made their last statement. To my knowledge that only applies during a jury case.
What a surprise, a sponsor in the description. Wake up people these deceptors are playing you sheep like fools. Seeking donations, subscriptions, sponsors etc. for a false interpretation of even the very basics of the legal system
Is the cop allowed to give "legal opinions" I always thought it was "facts" he was supposed to be giving.
As in another case i watched , the cop on the stand was asked"is it your testimony that i was in the state on this day "? he states"yes" . "would there be a case/trial today if i were not in this state" ?he states "no" ."So you're sure i was in this state on that day"? He states"yes" Is that based on facts within your knowledge" ?he states"yes" "So,factually, what is a state"?
@1dosucol1 Now you'll get a long pause ,then get him answer"i don't know"
Or you'll get the judge and pro se cuter to protect their client "objection, calls for a legal conclusion the witness can't testify " .They've now done your job for you and just impeached their own witness !
As the ticket consists of him giving his "legal opinion" that you broke the "law",so he's already given "legal opinion",which he can't do.
Look on youtube for"adventures in legal land (with marc stevens) @22:58min
My opinion is this; if you operate your vehicle without paying for you tabs you are stealing from me and the state. If you break the traffic law even if you harm none you should be charged. I bet you hold to the same theory no hare no charge. Someone should use your family as target practice not actually hurt them just come close to it. See if you hold the that bull shit theory.
I personally resent the comparison between the police and military. The military only does what it's told by everyone else's elected officials. Police are hired and told to uphold the law as THEY interperate them.
@mryellow123 What the hell are you talking about? "Military are the people?" They are essentially a form of government controlled by the national (federal government). If the military comes to get you, who can you go to? Who do you talk to?
Local police are local. They are regular members of the public, citizens like you. You can go to the local station and talk to their supervisor and/or make a complaint.
You are full of complete bullshit. The military can destroy freedom.
@FoxeoGames Police are rarely local where I live, they usually come from a completely different part of the country. Supervisors don't take complaints if they choose not to.
Checkout the history of any coup, police side with their pay masters, military side with their mates and their families.
@mryellow123 "Rarely local?" They are ALL local. What do your police do, fly in everyday from across the country? Of course not. They live in or near the communities they serve. That is local.
Coups are almost always done by the military, and often times to put a military dictator into power. There is very little history concerning local police since they are relatively new in history. Local police can be a power to help fight a military coup.
@FoxeoGames I live in a country town where people value each other, the police come from the a major city and bring an attitude of detachment with them.
Recent history... Egypt: Was it police brutality or military brutality which contributed to the uprising? Was it the military or the police who refused orders to fire live ammunition?
@mryellow123 I'm sorry man, but your belief in the military is complete bullshit. The military is responsible for most of the greatest human travesties in all of history. Militaries slaughter civilians, kill the helpless, and overpower legitimate, elected governments -- only to install dictatorships.
You are going beyond ridiculous in even suggesting the remote possibility that the military in history is some great protector of the people -- it has proven a double-edged sword.
@mryellow123 What you have stated is precisely the OPPOSITE: the police are regular citizens who go home at night to their families. They have neighbors in the same communities they serve, and they are often well-rooted in these communities.
The military comes in from somewhere far away, they don't go to a home at night but back to a "base."
Of course, this is assuming active duty and currently serving.
Wow. You're just so mislead and uninformed on this. Incredible you even said it.
@FoxeoGames Double-edged sword yes and not always does it turn out well for the civilians. However on the point of police being integrated with a community I have to disagree. For all too many their social life revolves around the same people they work with, weekend activities are with those same people and past friends or acquaintances stop inviting them to events as they isolate themselves into the insular culture.
@mryellow123 Well we all have opinions, yours is simply wrong.
As an "insider," a police officer myself, I can tell you that you're just plain wrong. Law enforcement, like ANYONE ELSE, have friends and acquaintances from all different kinds of professions. They have kids in schools with friends who have parents, they have neighbors, they have fellow church members, and they have activities they are involved in.
You're creating a ridiculous, imaginary scenario in your mind.
@mryellow123 Have you ever reported a colleague for anything improper? I don't your second question... what do you mean about using info from a social situation?
I spent six years as a teacher before working in law enforcement, and I didn't report anyone there either. If I see something I am required to report or is a serious violation of a law or code of ethics, I'll make a decision how to handle it. It really doesn't happen much, despite rampant accusations.
@FoxeoGames Sounds like you're a normal human being who has been lucky to be taught by some good cops. I've met plenty who aren't and whos mentors were .nothing short of assholes.
I had a woman call 911 on me three times during a traffic stop. Fortunately for me, the traffic stop ended up in a fast food restaurant parking lot, and there was camera footage from multiple angles. Three restaurant employees came out to defend me and call the woman a liar. Two of my superior officers told the woman she was lucky she wasn't arrested.
@mryellow123 Referencing my previous post about the false accusations from the woman, people like you would have just assumed everything she said to be true. You would judge me w/ prejudice as an officer w/o any evidence based solely on the word of someone who was angry over receiving a traffic citation.
Remember, doctors & police are the most falsely accused professionals in the US. Follow the money, there's money to be made in false accusations.
@rjr27nh you have a right to contest. People like you who just roll over and die are the problem with this country. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time.
@Kopihucky People like you expect a ridiculous standard. You fight the government no matter what it does. You use anything you can, criticize anything you can, mock anything you can. You demand proof beyond proof positive; you always assume the worst. You make assumptions about police. If you hear any negative allegations against a cop, you assume it must be true. You automatically judge all police according to your prejudicial, hateful strawman creation.
@FoxeoGames you mad? seems like a majority of the comments here are made by you... and if you are willing to waste that much time replying to each comment then you A... need to get a job or B. need to get a life.. that is all.... oh.. btw.. you mad bro?
@Kopihucky "You mad bro?" Really? Another ad-hominem attack. You have nothing to add to this discussion than an attack on the person. If you read my comments, you would know I have a full-time job. I'm also married and have plenty of hobbies, as you can tell from my channel.
"Get a life" ? That's a generic phrase that has no meaning. What is a "life?" Again, you're just using ad hominem because my arguments are valid and based on facts you cannot fight. Truth hurts when you blindly hate.
This kid is an arrogant idiot. I'm surprised the Judge was so nice to him. I would have told him to GTFO as soon as he asked "Well, why was I searched for weapons and you weren't?"
54 in a 35? I am sorry. I am all for Sovereignty and all that. But 54 in a 35 is just not responsible. It makes the concept of freedom look bad when we think we have the right to act in a precarious manner. Do the speed limit. If you go looking for trouble you will find it. Pay the fine and stop testing these people.
@bradq Not too mention the kid is lying through his teeth, at first he says he was going around 50, then he says he was trying to match speed with the car in front of him
what is going to happen when we need each other? cop needs help, or you the idiot citizen, why do you push the cops like you do? One day you will really need the cops, they will look the other way because of what your doing.
@antidiz as soon as you hire an attorney in a court of commerce you have agreed to be an ibecile ,and need help so you sign over your rights to the law society to mediate on your behalf as you said in your act of hiring an attorney that your are mentaly unfit to answer the allegation or charge against you ,,,they use clever wording in law and legal....he should have hired a lay advisor
I will have nailed this cop to the wall. Objection Facts unreliable. The Officer said nothing about or did he place into evidence the tuning fork that he used. The judge can't judicial notice if the plantiff would've objected stating your honr I can't rebutt something that doesn't exist. Never let the Police officer act as a attorney you object. Objection your Honor the officer failed to prove jurisdiction. The state didn't bring proof that he tested the radar against a moving vehicle.
@brookwest Ha ha thats pretty funny. The police don't have to bring forward the tuning forks because they are actually certified to make a stop based on just a visual estimation of the speed. The defense could have attack that but not mentioning tunning forks really doesn't mean anything. I bet he had all the cailbration records, the statues and the traffic studies in that book on the table just in case he needed them. The only thing that would have been nailed was you.
So his defense is that the road is safe there so there should be no speed limit??? There are all those cars coming in and out of traffic from the strip malls. Even at 35 there are plenty of near misses. At 54 he is indeed driving WAY too fast. If he was maybe 45 I could see him not realizing but 19 over???? The one good thing of this video was that at least both sides and the judge were all civil to each other.
Not all cops are dicks, but most of them forget what it means to be a cop. I lived in a small town when I was 16. We had no cops, only a sheriff in the next town over. Our community voted for us to have our own police officers to stop the amount of drugs and even a murder here and there. So we got our new cops and instead of protecting the town, he would wait everyday for the high school students to leave and he wrote tickets for no blinkers and seat belts. Most cops forget their real job
Great way to look like a fool and waste the court's time. The cops may or may not be jerks. They may or may not be wrong. But the way this kid attempted to prove his innocence was ridiculous. It contained no legal defense(s) whatsoever. It was a social commentary that had no value whatsoever.
You are a little momma's boy aren't you. Ooh, don't be disobedient, follow the rules. Bring momma a drink. I know what daddy did, but you just have to take it son, and don't you ever dare tell anyone what he did to you.
What the fuck is wrong with you, you honorless, spineless, authoritarian fuckwad?
@Jcolinsol what is wrong with me is i am not a paranoid schizophrenic like you none of my freedoms or liberties are threatened. I can go, and do, and say anything I want to say without hassle from anyone. why is it that all of you delusional lunatics have to use profanity to express your opinion? BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO MENTAL SELF DISCIPLINE!!!!!! I am sorry you feel so threatened by anything that actually THINKS. you obviously do not think.
Oh please, I'm the paranoiac? Down the street from the house where I grew up, a man was handcuffed, placed face down on the ground, and shot in the back by police. My family and myself are routinely fucked with by the police, handcuffed, detained, illegally searched without charges. It's the police who are the paranoid schizophrenics. We get treated like this all the time, and you have the audacity to tell me that I'm delusional for acknowledging it? That's authoritarianism.
I have nothing to do with Nazism. I'm just saying that you and a community of freedom fighters aren't going to change your plight, especially if you have no influence (wealth, power, both), so quit bitching if you're not willing to do something about it.
All I can propose is that we disabuse the naive and the infantile of their illusions regarding the authorities. Affecting a change of mind seems as useful as any other tactic, to me.
Learn to read, you inbred, knuckle-dragging, sister-fucking, slack-jawed, mouth-breathing, Kentucky-backwoods hayseed. I said that I have NOTHING TO DO WITH NAZISM.
@Jcolinsol Really? We have no way of verifying anything you say. Yes, I'm a police officer. And yes, 95% or more of everyone I deal with will claim they are completely innocent.
Really, it's a joke man. Of course you are 100% innocent, you didn't do NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Uh-huh, just like all the other guys.
It's like going to the prisons, where 95% of the inmates are innocent and were falsely accused. Sure thing, man. Sure thing.
@LemUUU you obviously did not read my post thoroughly. I said that I can go anyplace I want to go do anything or say anything that I want.. and I can. and I, unlike you. understand WHY there are laws and restrictions in our society. and it is NOR because anyone is trying to oppress me.
@BeingNobody1956 You claimed "none of my freedoms or liberties are threatened". I asked you to cite a SINGLE freedom that isn't in some way restricted by legal stipulations.
I fully understand most laws... I.E. No murder, theft, harming others. However there are far more pointless laws that are only in place to create positive income for the state treasury. Or because people are trying to decide what is 'best' for others, without considering what they think is best.
@LemUUU I understand that you probably think parking ordinances and speed restrictions are in place solely for the purpose of generating income but in actuality these things are all created to help maintain a smooth and orderly society that we can ALL exist in together. since I understand these things I dont view them as infringements on my behavior. I know how to get along with people.
@BeingNobody1956 Nope, I do understand that most speed limits have a purpose, facilitating safe passage for all traffic. Designed speed traps are the method they use to profit from speed laws. I don't feel that flat limits should apply to empty roads, or open stretches of highway. I get that if there were no regulations regarding parking, city roads would be impassable. But $100+ tickets for parking is absolutely ridiculous.
still waiting for an example of what freedom you have w/o restriction
@LemUUU there are places in the US wher the speed limit is higher or less restrictive. Maybe you should relocate to montana or idaho or someplace like that, or maybe just practice self restraint. I have been driving for almost 38 years and I honestly dont think I have ever gotten a parking ticket. I think in my whole life I have about 4 speeding tickets. maybe you live in an area where a smaller fine for parking violations would not be enough of a deterent for people to comply
@LemUUU you obviously did not read my post thoroughly. I said that I can go anyplace I want to go do anything or say anything that I want.. and I can. and I, unlike you. understand WHY there are laws and restrictions in our society. and it is NOT because anyone is trying to oppress me.
"There's 9 minutes i wont get back. what a fucking idiot."
If it took you nine minutes to decide you didnt like this video that would make you the idiot. Conversely, if it took you less than nine minutes to come to your conclusion but you continued to watch for the remainder of the nine minutes that would make you "a fucking idiot". I rest my case. HA!!!
@msk7046 if you cant see that the whole thing is to scam people out of money, you probably need to turn off your tv. all those "programs" have you thinking backwards.
Wait a minute you have state cops acting as the prosecution? And the Flag has the gold, I forgot the name of it, around the edge denoting admiralty law? You are screwed!
@xterrorizinboys88 The constitution you speak of might not be the constitution they swore to. Remember, the name game of capitalizing things are meant to be deceptive. UNITED STATES is a corporation and The United States of America is different.
/watch?v=lVsMUpPgdT0 explains that.
/watch?v=xhxrazdGyyo is where people are finding out about this finally.
/watch?v=U1YCvvSwIgM is a step closer to showing you the bigger picture of whats actually going on with laws over the entire world.
@755aaron 1 Hey, I'm only talking about what it means in a legal sense, not necessarily what it means to most people in their minds and hearts. The congress was bankrupt and still owed the Crown. They created a seperate government for the District of Columbia which, yes, is it's own state - it's laws are not of the United States of America. A corporation - by corporate law - which originates from the law of the sea - which has to do with contracts and trading between different countries/islands
@xterrorizinboys88 I agree w/you. I believe that what they learn in the academy is out the window due to the influence of vet officers with bad habits. Or maybe they were not paying attention to what is was being taught. I suggest that every time a cop infringe the rights of citizens need to go back to the academy and educate them on U.S. citizenship.
I know several ex-police officers in multiple states and cities. San Francisco and Portland, OR in particular. Almost all of these folks are young men 22-30. They all left their departments within 5 years of joining up.
One of the most common points that all of them made about why the left policing was the ACADEMY. I've been told repeatedly about the brainwashing. They try to build up their paranoia and aggression in the ACADEMY!
you want to know what people really suck..that would be the ones that believe every spoonful that the government feeds them while letting the government to also run their lives...thats the people who suck
@arckangel2087 I think that's part of the point. People working for the state will get bogged down, emotionally and time-wise, with people actually questioning them and demanding their rights.
@troydownes11 You don't get it. All these laws are unconstitutional. If you fight you will often win. Lesten, read, and learn and you'll understand what's really going on in the courtroom.
Still either way you look at it, stopping for the police is a loose-loose situation because you're already going to have to spend money that you otherwise would not have...
The other side??? Ha! That sounds like it came straight out of a Movie...
Listen, maybe that's how it works in the state YOU reside in. Try that "other side" defense in the state of Virginia. You may be held in contempt or even arrested as a result of your verbal attempt to defend yourself.
You wanna do something big?? Try to dismantle the corruption in the Virginia court system. They may kill you in the process, but you'll be like another Martin Luther King Jr.
@nsuscootscoot lol I wasn't talking about one's defensein court. I was talking about court fees. I was saying if you win a court case that you take to court, you don't pay. And he woudn't have had to pay anyway, he was who was summoned to court.
@chrsmats I think that's part of the point. Making courts take time and money to go over every case of people demanding every right may push things away from tickets and fines for everything you do. Some people say that it's often just a money grab, so if overall it's a money loss maybe there will be fewer tickets (or much larger fines).
Ticket him and the cop, they are both lying through their teeth, the cop wasn't stationary and the kid says he was trying to do 50 because he thought that was the speed limit, then 2 seconds later he says he was matching speed with the car in front of him.
I got caught in a speed trap in texas like this. A 50 mph stretch that suddenly went down to 20 because it was "near a school" , later found out the school was 680 yards away which was just under the limit required. I missed the sign and got a 300 buck fine that i could barely afford. I read after that there are several small towns up and down the country that have their whole budgets paid for by speeding tickets and police forces that employ a large percentage of the local populace.
Mr. Ryder Yes after that he was screwed. he should've Objected and said i Object I am third party to matter and I do not consent to be refered to as Mr. Sir or any legal fiction. The hold thing is just a show hehad found him guilty as soon as he gained jurisdiction over him. He aslo shoud've put the judge on his Oath of Office. At no time did the officer produce a Tuning fork Calibration Log. He aslo did not ask him do you have a Claim against me. No make motion to dismiss for lack of Claim.
"thats what people call me" typical dumbass who is too up his ass to know how rude he's being. I'm all for stuff like this but there was no need to disrespect the judge.
Stupid punk..pay the fine and shut up..you were speeding..by your own words."I was traveling at 50 miles or so" the speed limit is 35...it truly shows the type or person you are by showing up to defend your self in front of a elected judge to a Court Of Law dress up like you are on your way to the skating ring..I bet you my testicles in gravy you ended up paying the fine and walked out of there with your tail between your legs.....dumb pimple face retard
@fatpig2 Don't be mad that this kid had balls you don't have . We have the right to travel unfettered, you'll need to look that up. I don't have a driver license and I don't need one to travel on the public right of way. See Carl Miller's work on the Constitution. I don't pay fines as I do not contract with the court. Do some research before you post your stupid comments, clearly you don't know shit about law.
wow this guy is smart, I'm going to educate myself more on some of my so called violations and fight back. after all there here to serve and protect us right?
yes we are here to serve and protect, ....that includes those who are around you at the time you break the law...like this idiot who put other people in danger just because he felt like the speed limit did not apply to him because he has a youtube account
@fatpig2 I agree with having speed limits. The state WILL spend money to rescue you from a car crash and put you in the hospital even if speed was the reason for it all and it was your own fault. This kid asks why it was specifically 35 in that area to subtley hint that it's arbitrary. If the cop said "high accidents", "approaching a school zone", etc. (but of course who knows the history of everything, or even anything, in even their own town?) that would have been a good reason for it.
IMO, the case was proven against you beyond a reasonable doubt. Therefore, if this were a jury trial and I was on the jury, I would have voted guilty. With that said, you may have been able to convince me otherwise if you had asked the "prosecutor" cop for a copy of his license to practice criminal law, or if he has been admitted to the bar to practice before this court. Or perhaps, where is the prosecutor? ...along with a motion to dismiss on the basis that the prosecutor failed to show.
If Mr. Ryder is so interested in the law, perhaps he should read the specific laws that cite certain military and law enforcement exception to fire arm bans in government and federal buildings. An officer's firearm is part of his uniform, and he is required to appear in uniform in court.
People like Mr. Ryder turn the court system into a circus.
Whats the point of going to trial over this? If you are speeding and get a ticket, just pay the damn thing. Your not even arguing that you werent speeding, you just dont want to pay it. Next time just pay the dam ticket.
@jbren100 If it's not a speeding ticket, then what next, buddy, you have to excercise your right, your right to take it to the courthouse in front of a judge is what you have after some petty officer decides to take his own opinon as give you a sitation, what else do you have to defend yourself, court action man, legallly put up a fight.
When I won my case the folks in the pea-nut gallery were blown away and many asked how I won, which I was happ to show them. In the mean time look up the case of Yick Wo v. Hopkins US 118.356 It deals with you being the Sovereign and the source of law ,not subject to it!
I have just beat three tickets, two criminal and one civil. I would be happy to send the docs that one would file to beat these bogus tickets. Two of the tickets could have gotten me 6mos each in the county jail. I will send these to anyone for free, upon the promise that you will send them to everyone on you email list for the same price.(free) ! We can and should beat these bums at their own game.
i live in NH nd cops here are assholes rookies think they are the world and more trying to prove themselfs to be the best cops really i think they need to get a life older cops are on the chyller side i live in dover and some of the cops are laid back there idea of it is if they didnt see it , it didnt happen but like a fucking speeding ticket com on now

Well... First off, the cop states that he has a "copy" of his certification. By the best evidence rule the defendant could have objected and asked for the original certificate or asked if the copy was notarized. And the cop thats acting as a prosecutor is obviously a moron by stating that the defendant brought this to court. No... The defendant was charged and given a court date, he just chose not to plea guilty! lol

Or you'll get the judge and pro se cuter to protect their client "objection, calls for a legal conclusion the witness can't testify " .They've now done your job for you and just impeached their own witness !
As the ticket consists of him giving his "legal opinion" that you broke the "law",so he's already given "legal opinion",which he can't do.

I personally resent the comparison between the police and military. The military only does what it's told by everyone else's elected officials. Police are hired and told to uphold the law as THEY interperate them.
hunsiker4 5 months ago
@hunsiker4 A key difference is when shit hits the fan, in countries all over the world, it is the military who defends people against the police.
When police are forced to protect what they believe in, it's the state, their jobs, and their "family" of insulated peers, i.e. other police.
When military protect what they believe in, it's family, friends and the principals their friends have given their lives for.
Police work to protect commerce and the state, military *are* the people.
mryellow123 4 months ago 4
@mryellow123 What the hell are you talking about? "Military are the people?" They are essentially a form of government controlled by the national (federal government). If the military comes to get you, who can you go to? Who do you talk to?
Local police are local. They are regular members of the public, citizens like you. You can go to the local station and talk to their supervisor and/or make a complaint.
You are full of complete bullshit. The military can destroy freedom.
FoxeoGames 2 weeks ago
@FoxeoGames Police are rarely local where I live, they usually come from a completely different part of the country. Supervisors don't take complaints if they choose not to.
Checkout the history of any coup, police side with their pay masters, military side with their mates and their families.
mryellow123 2 weeks ago
@mryellow123 "Rarely local?" They are ALL local. What do your police do, fly in everyday from across the country? Of course not. They live in or near the communities they serve. That is local.
Coups are almost always done by the military, and often times to put a military dictator into power. There is very little history concerning local police since they are relatively new in history. Local police can be a power to help fight a military coup.
FoxeoGames 2 weeks ago
@FoxeoGames I live in a country town where people value each other, the police come from the a major city and bring an attitude of detachment with them.
Recent history... Egypt: Was it police brutality or military brutality which contributed to the uprising? Was it the military or the police who refused orders to fire live ammunition?
mryellow123 2 weeks ago
@mryellow123 Was it police or military? Both.
FoxeoGames 1 week ago
@mryellow123 I'm sorry man, but your belief in the military is complete bullshit. The military is responsible for most of the greatest human travesties in all of history. Militaries slaughter civilians, kill the helpless, and overpower legitimate, elected governments -- only to install dictatorships.
You are going beyond ridiculous in even suggesting the remote possibility that the military in history is some great protector of the people -- it has proven a double-edged sword.
FoxeoGames 2 weeks ago
@mryellow123 What you have stated is precisely the OPPOSITE: the police are regular citizens who go home at night to their families. They have neighbors in the same communities they serve, and they are often well-rooted in these communities.
The military comes in from somewhere far away, they don't go to a home at night but back to a "base."
Of course, this is assuming active duty and currently serving.
Wow. You're just so mislead and uninformed on this. Incredible you even said it.
FoxeoGames 2 weeks ago
@FoxeoGames Double-edged sword yes and not always does it turn out well for the civilians. However on the point of police being integrated with a community I have to disagree. For all too many their social life revolves around the same people they work with, weekend activities are with those same people and past friends or acquaintances stop inviting them to events as they isolate themselves into the insular culture.
mryellow123 2 weeks ago
@mryellow123 Well we all have opinions, yours is simply wrong.
As an "insider," a police officer myself, I can tell you that you're just plain wrong. Law enforcement, like ANYONE ELSE, have friends and acquaintances from all different kinds of professions. They have kids in schools with friends who have parents, they have neighbors, they have fellow church members, and they have activities they are involved in.
You're creating a ridiculous, imaginary scenario in your mind.

mryellow123 1 week ago
@mryellow123 Have you ever reported a colleague for anything improper? I don't your second question... what do you mean about using info from a social situation?
I spent six years as a teacher before working in law enforcement, and I didn't report anyone there either. If I see something I am required to report or is a serious violation of a law or code of ethics, I'll make a decision how to handle it. It really doesn't happen much, despite rampant accusations.
FoxeoGames 1 week ago
@FoxeoGames Sounds like you're a normal human being who has been lucky to be taught by some good cops. I've met plenty who aren't and whos mentors were .nothing short of assholes.
mryellow123 1 week ago
@mryellow123 Remember, everyone proclaims 100% innocence. Everyone claims the officer acted inappropriately.
FoxeoGames 1 week ago
@mryellow123 Referencing my previous post about the false accusations from the woman, people like you would have just assumed everything she said to be true. You would judge me w/ prejudice as an officer w/o any evidence based solely on the word of someone who was angry over receiving a traffic citation.
Remember, doctors & police are the most falsely accused professionals in the US. Follow the money, there's money to be made in false accusations.

The state didn't bring proof that he tested the radar against a moving vehicle.
brookwest 7 months ago in playlist Queue1
@brookwest Ha ha thats pretty funny. The police don't have to bring forward the tuning forks because they are actually certified to make a stop based on just a visual estimation of the speed. The defense could have attack that but not mentioning tunning forks really doesn't mean anything. I bet he had all the cailbration records, the statues and the traffic studies in that book on the table just in case he needed them. The only thing that would have been nailed was you.
lionel21000 7 months ago
So his defense is that the road is safe there so there should be no speed limit??? There are all those cars coming in and out of traffic from the strip malls. Even at 35 there are plenty of near misses. At 54 he is indeed driving WAY too fast. If he was maybe 45 I could see him not realizing but 19 over???? The one good thing of this video was that at least both sides and the judge were all civil to each other.
lionel21000 7 months ago
Not all cops are dicks, but most of them forget what it means to be a cop. I lived in a small town when I was 16. We had no cops, only a sheriff in the next town over. Our community voted for us to have our own police officers to stop the amount of drugs and even a murder here and there. So we got our new cops and instead of protecting the town, he would wait everyday for the high school students to leave and he wrote tickets for no blinkers and seat belts. Most cops forget their real job

BeingNobody1956 9 months ago
@BeingNobody1956 You claimed "none of my freedoms or liberties are threatened". I asked you to cite a SINGLE freedom that isn't in some way restricted by legal stipulations.
I fully understand most laws... I.E. No murder, theft, harming others. However there are far more pointless laws that are only in place to create positive income for the state treasury. Or because people are trying to decide what is 'best' for others, without considering what they think is best.
LemUUU 9 months ago
@LemUUU I understand that you probably think parking ordinances and speed restrictions are in place solely for the purpose of generating income but in actuality these things are all created to help maintain a smooth and orderly society that we can ALL exist in together. since I understand these things I dont view them as infringements on my behavior. I know how to get along with people.
BeingNobody1956 9 months ago
@BeingNobody1956 Nope, I do understand that most speed limits have a purpose, facilitating safe passage for all traffic. Designed speed traps are the method they use to profit from speed laws. I don't feel that flat limits should apply to empty roads, or open stretches of highway. I get that if there were no regulations regarding parking, city roads would be impassable. But $100+ tickets for parking is absolutely ridiculous.
still waiting for an example of what freedom you have w/o restriction
LemUUU 9 months ago
@LemUUU there are places in the US wher the speed limit is higher or less restrictive. Maybe you should relocate to montana or idaho or someplace like that, or maybe just practice self restraint. I have been driving for almost 38 years and I honestly dont think I have ever gotten a parking ticket. I think in my whole life I have about 4 speeding tickets. maybe you live in an area where a smaller fine for parking violations would not be enough of a deterent for people to comply

Still either way you look at it, stopping for the police is a loose-loose situation because you're already going to have to spend money that you otherwise would not have...
Just saying

@nsuscootscoot if you win a case the court fees are recovered from the otherside.
ChrissMilbourne 1 year ago
@ChrissMilbourne
They may kill you in the process, but you'll be like another Martin Luther King Jr.
;-)

@nsuscootscoot lol I wasn't talking about one's defensein court. I was talking about court fees. I was saying if you win a court case that you take to court, you don't pay. And he woudn't have had to pay anyway, he was who was summoned to court.
ChrissMilbourne 1 year ago
what a waste of tax paying money
chrsmats 1 year ago
@chrsmats I think that's part of the point. Making courts take time and money to go over every case of people demanding every right may push things away from tickets and fines for everything you do. Some people say that it's often just a money grab, so if overall it's a money loss maybe there will be fewer tickets (or much larger fines).

The defendant actually brought the case to the court,we allow these guys to carry guns why?

Ticket him and the cop, they are both lying through their teeth, the cop wasn't stationary and the kid says he was trying to do 50 because he thought that was the speed limit, then 2 seconds later he says he was matching speed with the car in front of him.
BroomeBlocker4 1 year ago
I got caught in a speed trap in texas like this. A 50 mph stretch that suddenly went down to 20 because it was "near a school" , later found out the school was 680 yards away which was just under the limit required. I missed the sign and got a 300 buck fine that i could barely afford. I read after that there are several small towns up and down the country that have their whole budgets paid for by speeding tickets and police forces that employ a large percentage of the local populace.
cardigan3000 1 year ago
Stationary cop?
The kid knew better.
I hope he won the case.
Cops lie and the courts accept those lies because the court is a lie itself.
Don't apologize for the camera.
It was a good video.
I just wonder that if the defendant was someone like George Vreeland Hill would the camera have been allowed.
The judge must have known that this would be on YouTube.
With Hill, it would be all over the place and that means showing the world what a crooked system we have in Keene.

Stupid punk..pay the fine and shut up..you were speeding..by your own words."I was traveling at 50 miles or so" the speed limit is 35...it truly shows the type or person you are by showing up to defend your self in front of a elected judge to a Court Of Law dress up like you are on your way to the skating ring..I bet you my testicles in gravy you ended up paying the fine and walked out of there with your tail between your legs.....dumb pimple face retard
fatpig2 1 year ago
@fatpig2 Don't be mad that this kid had balls you don't have . We have the right to travel unfettered, you'll need to look that up. I don't have a driver license and I don't need one to travel on the public right of way. See Carl Miller's work on the Constitution. I don't pay fines as I do not contract with the court. Do some research before you post your stupid comments, clearly you don't know shit about law.

@delta3303
yes we are here to serve and protect, ....that includes those who are around you at the time you break the law...like this idiot who put other people in danger just because he felt like the speed limit did not apply to him because he has a youtube account
fatpig2 1 year ago
@fatpig2 I agree with having speed limits. The state WILL spend money to rescue you from a car crash and put you in the hospital even if speed was the reason for it all and it was your own fault. This kid asks why it was specifically 35 in that area to subtley hint that it's arbitrary. If the cop said "high accidents", "approaching a school zone", etc. (but of course who knows the history of everything, or even anything, in even their own town?) that would have been a good reason for it.

that trooper looks psycho in that still lol

IMO, the case was proven against you beyond a reasonable doubt. Therefore, if this were a jury trial and I was on the jury, I would have voted guilty. With that said, you may have been able to convince me otherwise if you had asked the "prosecutor" cop for a copy of his license to practice criminal law, or if he has been admitted to the bar to practice before this court. Or perhaps, where is the prosecutor? ...along with a motion to dismiss on the basis that the prosecutor failed to show.
germb747 1 year ago

Next time just pay the dam ticket.

jbren100 1 year ago
@jbren100 If it's not a speeding ticket, then what next, buddy, you have to excercise your right, your right to take it to the courthouse in front of a judge is what you have after some petty officer decides to take his own opinon as give you a sitation, what else do you have to defend yourself, court action man, legallly put up a fight.

When I won my case the folks in the pea-nut gallery were blown away and many asked how I won, which I was happ to show them. In the mean time look up the case of Yick Wo v. Hopkins US 118.356 It deals with you being the Sovereign and the source of law ,not subject to it!
justaman6972 1 year ago
I have just beat three tickets, two criminal and one civil. I would be happy to send the docs that one would file to beat these bogus tickets. Two of the tickets could have gotten me 6mos each in the county jail. I will send these to anyone for free, upon the promise that you will send them to everyone on you email list for the same price.(free) ! We can and should beat these bums at their own game.
justaman6972 1 year ago
@justaman6972 I'm in. If everyone did this it would just make tickets a huge headache and they would be less prevalent.

Well... First off, the cop states that he has a "copy" of his certification. By the best evidence rule the defendant could have objected and asked for the original certificate or asked if the copy was notarized. And the cop thats acting as a prosecutor is obviously a moron by stating that the defendant brought this to court. No... The defendant was charged and given a court date, he just chose not to plea guilty! lol
