Yeah. I remember playing this game a few times and I kept finding secret items now the game is a breeze. For example in certain spots Claire would find Flame Rounds Leon would find Handgun Ammo and Vice versa. There's a spot in that room in the basement you know where the green herb is and the map of basement? Look by the door that little table under it are handgun ammo for Leon and Flame Rounds Claire.

I have :). I also know that there is handgun ammo behind the statue that holds the red gem on the second floor of the R.P.D building. It's the room where you need to move the statues to get the gem.

No, the one in the sewers was the spawn of G, the things it spits out are spawns of what it was before it mutated. What escape was Nemisis, there is a cache of rocket ammo in the same room, and that test tube was pretty big.

When you play claire scenario B (which is what you unlock I believe), you register her fingerprint to get into the room. it features lickers and a First Aid spray if i remember right.
