amazing job, shows the way these forms are supposed to look. I always loved when one of the sifu's or sihings would demonstrate a form, it just showed me how far I had yet to go and sihing Willis was always one of my favorites, though he led some tough warmups in his classes!! ;)

work this form more slowly until you have each stance and movement perfect. know the application of each movement. improve your stances by training them seperately on their own. try investigating the training methods of modern wushu to improve your conditioning. if your instructor doesn't teach you applications of these movements or if you're not doing daily sparring, you may want to reevaluate your participation in this martial arts school.
