  • Peice of shit turntables

  • could i plug directly in my Bose computer speakers?

  • Comment removed

  • joan baez - the house carpenter

  • Name of song ?

  • Hey :)

Can you plug in the turntable and then use external speakers to play music??

    thanks

  • can you scratch to song off of you computer on turntables, or do you always have to have a record?

  • Which record is this or what's the name of the tune?

  • What is the record in the video?

  • does it come with a 78 rpm stylus also?

  • can you scrach on that :D :?

  • Do you have problems playing 12inch vinyl records on this turntable? I heard the pitch automatically fluctuates, have you come across that problem?

  • a needle is already in the package? and does needles can damage vinyls aftersome time??

  • @nojusticenoweed needle is included. it wont damage the vinyls if you use it properly :)

  • I just get one of these and works GREAT! as a turntable connected to an amplifier, or to convert your vinyls or cassettes to mp3..

    Very Good sound.

  • Can you convert Vinyl to Mp3 with usb

  • any one know if once you plug in the headphones, does the internal spaker shut off (for quiet in store digging?)

  • @2ClassClowns The non-usb pt-01 does. Once you plug in your headphones, the speaker turns off. I use this a lot when i go diggin'.

  • @hillprop97 yea thanks, i ended up buying it, used it today actually!

  • :D:D:D:D:D:D

  • i put this through proper speakers and it fucking pumps

  • great box, incl. software I guess

what is the song-record? sounds great

  • Can you plug it via usb and then listen using pc speakers?

  • yeah

  • shits vital for crate diggers

  • @hvylobster madlib :D

  • Does it digitize clear in stereo? The built in speakers are poor, clearly, but how does the final mp3 sound?

  • i plug it into my stereo and it goes very loud

  • yo ella, I think Im doin it on 1:40 :)

It runs off the batteries also

If your lookin for a cheap ass turntable which you want to use only as your record player - I recommend this one.

    peace

  • hi elhau!

after the qy70 i saw also this video! i think is not a bad gear, but can you connect it to a ac/dc adaptor?

    cheers from sp-forums (ellaguru)!

    peace

  • I noticed you turned up the volume to its highest, and the volume was still pretty low. And that's why I took it back to the store and asked for my money back yesterday. The speaker is awful, how much power has it got, 5 Watts? you have to be 6 metres close to hear it properly. It may be good to convert your old music to mp3, but it's deffinately not a good record player.

  • You're wrong.

Of course it's very good record player. If you want to listen records on higher volume, just connect regular speakers to it! How would you rate Technics SL-1200 MK II? Also by putting your head close to the needle and hearing the WEAK sound, or would you plug your speakers to it and then rate it? The built-in speaker is only a nice addition.

    Oh man :)

  • I'm sorry, but a good record player shouldn't need additional speakers. Did your parents have one at home? Did they connect speakers to it? obviously not. The description says it's easy to carry around, that's why I bought it. why would I want to carry the loudspeakers around too? that's so absurd. Was it really too much to ask for them to put more power into that shitty loudspeaker? I am not deaf but honestly the volume is very low.

  • Oh man... :)

It's good that you took it back. At least you will stop grumbling about cheap-ass turntable created to help crate diggers previewing stuff ( not too loud ) in their local record stores ;)

I hope you will find something that suits you better homie

  • yo this cat is a tool!

  • come again?

  • Can you suggest a cheap record player just for listening that I wouldn't need the additional speakers? thanks.

  • Usually the built-in speakers in any kind of device suck.

So to "experience" the music best I strongly recommend you buying a cheap record player ( like this Numark ) and hooking it up with some decent audio system.

Any other solution is not a good solution in this situation :/

  • Can you suggest an "unsual" cheap record player whose built-in speakers don't suck?

  • Nope.

  • is it direct drive??

  • no its belt drive

  • @DrunkMonk101 how perfect would it be it was Direct haha

  • Not true! You are right in that it isn't very loud, but I argue that its purpose is to be a USB turntable (aka provide better sound when digitizing songs to iTunes). It's an excellent record player-just don't expect to use it for filling a concert hall or something like that! As far as I'm concerned, it's the best record player out there priced in the $100 range.

  • I'm glad it met your expectations, but I think you should be much more demanding with the devices you buy, regardless of their price. Al I was looking for was a decent built-in speaker, nothing else, this one is simply not acceptable.

  • I have to say, this is very cool. My Aunt got one and we were examining it, and we noticed all that stuff... truly awsome!!

  • nice video...

    i think i will buy it^^

could you please tell me the name of the record?

  • Joan Baez - Live album :)

  • Thanks:)

  • hey man , thanks...i'll buy one too...Great video for showing how it looks like and works...

    you rock!
