Hey, thanks for this! I can clearly see how he changes he's acting.. I go back and forward to see how he changes his voice and gestures. I loved him before watching this video but this makes him more genius than I knew. Just why didn't he live longer. It's so so so so sad!! >:'(

It breaks my heart to see this. Put away all that icon stuff and what gets lost sometimes is that James Dean was just a kid with a true talent, a true gift for acting and that he was just getting started. These out takes prove that. Seeing this makes his loss even more tragic. What could been. Personally, he lives and Paul Newman and Jack Nicholson dont have the career they had. Sorry, But with all due respect Jimmy easily could of played Fast Eddie in the Hustler and McMurphy in Cuckoo's Nest.

I'll have to check out the TV miniseries but I doubt that Sam Bottoms playing the part of Cal will even be close to what Dean did. They shouldn't of bothered to remake this movie, it was perfect .
