No - is other way round - these tone patches upload to the D50 as it has pore partials and so you get a variation that you can build on. Doesn't work in reverse. I remember reading that the Synthworks created tone patches could be transferred to a U110 via PCM interface... Untried, but many D series owners have found these patches work in their equipment.
"available for your MT32/D10/D110/U110 and D50"...? That must be wrong. The D-50 is not really compatible to the cheaper synths of the D-series and the U-110 is in fact a totally different thing (no L.A. synthesizer at all, just a sample player with only a few sound parameters to edit).
