  • 3:03 to 3:20 shows you how nice Seattle people are

  • 0:22 SKATES? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKING SKATES!!!!

  • Notice the jeep made it threw :)

  • @pinkxham1: A 4WD? You'd certainly hope that it can go through a bit of ice! Nothing special.

  • Where you live is freaking awesome. 20 seconds in and I see the coolest people ever. +10 internet to you.

  • Isn't it funny how seattle snow videos get a bunch of views, but everett ones get none? -____-

  • when you have a bad day, Just go to youtube and type in "seattle snow" makes things much happier.

  • This is what driving with summer tires during winter seson looks like. WHY does all these people try to drive when the summer tires is still on the car? This doesnt look like any "extreme" winter conditions, just some snow and ice on the roads? Whith proper winter tires this would not be a big problem. It should not be leagal to drive with summer tires in these conditions. And roadsalt will only make it worse when the wet salted roads re-freeze! Use winter tires and heated sand!

  • Poverty in Seattle? This is a direct result of the greed of big corporations. Safweway is presently trying to grab control of liqour sales from Washington State. All those union workers will end up with $10 and hour Safeway jobs - and no benefits. Safeway will stuff all the wages that are stolen from former Liquor Control employees in their CEO's pockets. And Safeway is owned by the MORMON CHURCH - real God fearing people those Morons. Always ready to do God's will!

  • this is my street corner!! i remember this storm some crazy shit and at across the street from where the pt purple ugly car is being OWNED i am eating subway

  • lol shoe boarding down the hill sweet

  • This is Broad street isn't it?

AKA Icy Death Ramp of Death?

It's steep enough it's possible to get air going over it.

  • Oh man ,that was very nice.

  • PPL don't know how to drive on ice/snow. For example , take a look at the guy showing up at 02:40 , he's accelerating like a moron! Take it SMOOOOOTH and SLOOOOW next time!

  • ya know salt its a wounderfull thing in the winter time Seattle should try it!!!!!

  • driver of chrysler: I think I will wait here nobodies driving

  • That looks..., AWSOME!

  • dude in the chrysler at the end is an IDIOT..

  • Funny, I've never seen traffic light hanging by wires;)

  • Every 5 secs a car slides out oh and I liked how those 2 guys saw that the blue corolla was having trouble getting up the hill and helped THAT'S a good samaratian

  • There are like 5 cars ... No 7 cars that slid out and are strewn along this road

  • Warp speed Scotty at 1:47, I'm giving hewr all she's got Captain!

  • I love that all these "brains" drive past the ROAD CLOSED sign....whats your first clue you shouldn't go down?? HERE'S YOUR SIGN

  • many many reason not to own fwd... or live in Seattle.

  • Just one of several reasons why I would never live in Seattle. Not that Yakima is great by any means, but at least we don't have all those damn hills which make winter driving even worse.

  • haa the piece of shit car made it & the other one barley couldd. LOL

  • people just calmly walking around. seems so nice. and they even help push cars if needed. sweet.

  • @StMeade That is why I love my Seattle people.. Everybody else can have the south because Seattle has the best people in the Country.. I have never been around so many nice helpful people ... I always heard Seattle people were rude until I went and I have never in my life seen so many nice down to earth people in one city.. Unless its the West coast thing because moving from the east to Seattle was the best move I ever made..

  • i thought no more freezing due to global warming

  • @1000armoured apparently shit still freezes.

  • @1000armoured Mother Nature and God are global warming deniers.. lool

  • I've concluded that Seattle residents record the most interesting car sliding and crashing video available in the USA. Also, unfortunately, Seattle drivers are among the worst snow drivers. Although we here in the northeast see a lot of snow, you'd be amazed at how many people here are almost as bad at driving in it.

  • Someone needs to salt these damn roads!

  • @MrLenox1986 It wouldn't help us, we still suck at driving.

  • at laest the guy in the jeep knew what he was doing...

  • The storm was unexpected. The snow dropped and the roads turned to ice. It was crazy. Downtown Seattle, most businesses, and schools were closed for the following two days.

  • However, those pedestrians were nice to help push :)

  • With those steep hills, no way, common sense you'd think. Especially small cars without 4 wheel drive or snow tires but even still. Cars, people are not invincible. Was Seattle downtown without power?

  • aw those people helping push the car up, how nice c:

  • @staticslipk5 Yes, friendly people here in Seattle

  • WTf are those pedestrians doing on the road.. What if a car behind you cant brake... Stay off the road!

  • You Sir are a Re-tard. It has everything to do with what you wrote. You made reference to the fact that if people didn’t want to stay at their office or a shelter because they were too ignorant to make alternate arrangements ahead of time, that somehow that makes it okay for them to take 3000+ pounds of metal and play Pin Ball down the street with poles, other vehicles, & possibly pedestrians too. Let me guess maybe you are the driver in one of these clips on here???

  • @littletears77 some people HAVE to travel ,'retard'

  • What kills me is all of the Dumbass pedestrians out there in the Road. Freakin IDIOTS. They are just asking to get hit and the sad thing is that if they did they probably would not be held liable.

  • @littletears77 aren't people supposed to not drive in these conditions?

these people all seem to be doing something too.... hmm... ah, yes. getting home from work because spending the night in the office or in a shelter doesn't sound so hot.

  • @seabasses187 Everyone had PLENTY of notice & should have been prepared & made alternate arrangements. If you get behind the wheel you are taking responsibility for whatever damages you cause. And if you don’t have high enough limits on your policy you can be sued, drivers license suspended, wages garnisheed, and bank accounts levied to help settle your debts.

BTW do you use the same weakass excuse for driving home drunk from the bar too? I guess you better Honk when you drive by Vern Fonk!

  • @littletears77 that has absolutely nothing to do with what I said.

I'm going to leave you at that.

  • damn was hoping someone would bust their ass

  • what a bunch of idiots. either u learn to safely drive in the snow or stay off the road

  • Ridiculous. You'd think a busy place like Seattle would be smart enough to close specific roads, or give proper warning... and where are the sand trucks? I was in Renton, avoiding all of this...

  • @myukili there was proper warning several days in advance and one of seattle's cost cutting ideas is to cut back on materials for de-icing. the Seattle area alone isn't easy to drive in let alone it snow and ice
