    Beautiful

  • unreal...

  • 0 Dislikes. That's right.

  • Truthfully, I would like it to be known there is one fault in Einaudi's works. There are rhythms that he uses for all of his music. Why? I don't know but it definitely bothers me. Trademark? Lack of original imagination? It gets kind of annoying. Now, lets see how well I do compensating for your hate. I'm open for questions.

  • @bnnyyan I agree, but as he seems to use all the same chord progressions as well (mainly in the same key too!) i think it must just be trademark - I just sit back and appreciate how he makes every piece ever so slightly different whilst still using so much of the same material which, i'm sure you'll agree, is lovely! :)

  • @kjisafoot mmm, yes each one is quite lovely. If only they held just a bit farther apart in originality i'm sure this would be the song I would look at the azure sky with.

  • @bnnyyan Well, I'm a musician/music theorist, and really, your absolutely right, because his genre of music is minimalism, which means taking a rhythm and repeating it only changing it ever so slightly over the course of the song. That is why most of his songs also have only 2, maybe 3 motifs, because he repeats them, if you listen to any of his peices they all have that same level of repetion, but the only difference he makes in the genre is the modulations and harmonizations.

  • @MrWingedDeath :O what an insightful take on it. :3 cookie for me, I learned something today. -3-

  • NICE

  • Einaudi to me always sounds the same, but just like Coldplay I love it anyway! Good choice :D

  • madonna mia, che capolavoro!

  • is it just me or does this kind of sound like the song from tuck everlasting

  • The first Ludovico Einaudi I heard.

It is like hearing a butterfly's heartbeat, it is like looking a tiger in its golden eye

It is like seeing all the wonders of the world at once, it is like flying high above the surface of the Earth.

It is like the smell of roses after heavy rain, it is violins of golden dreams and a piano of pure hope, it is more beautiful than words can descripe.

It is like the world is free from despair, hunger, death, and chaos for just a moment!

    Breathtaking.
