I hate to say it, by I agree with you 100%. Whitney's live performances are awful compared to her songs' studio recordings. She takes shortcuts (lazy singing) when it comes to the album's longer notes.

I just watched this on VH1 soul and had to find it on youtube. Whitney we have all been there. We have all asked Why Does It Hurt So Bad? You make me wanna shoot you. That is so deep. Babyface writes some deep words to music. Whitney could sing the phone book and have you turned out. Thanks for the post and the memories.

the movie was released in 1995 so she made several appearances during that year and then some... whitney sure did such an amazing performance back in the day.
