All of you were correct, Takagi yoshin ryu, Hontai Yoshin ryu and Tsutsui-ha are all from the same tree. excellent embu, nice technique.

yes they are, this is Takagi-ryu, they don't call themselves Tsutsui-ha though, thats what Steve named them, they go by Takagi-ryu and Hontai Yoshin Takagi-ryu according to their website and the Nihon Kobudo Kyokai.
