@pirategirl120 The world does not revolve around America, I'm afraid. Also, this isn't a Harry Potter film, so that's irrelevant. This is a BRITISH film, and they're bound to have A LOT of entries. If they opened it to America too, they'd have hundreds, maybe thousands more. That is way too much work, and you just can't expect people to do that. There are tons of American-only contests out there that I can't join, but I accept it. You should too.

1) Are there any constraints to the video? i.e. Must it be spoken or, for example, could it be represented with a video using interpretive dance with a voice-over?

2) How is this to be submitted? While it's stated in the OFFICIAL RULES(!) that it must be submitted to this video's YouTube account though there isn't any clarification as to how. Video response or something else?

3) What are the restrictions on entrants (Such as age, species, height, etc.)?
