The 70 watt version is around 22 lm/W (1600 lumens
Not as efficient as a fluorescent lamp which may be 60 lm/W but better than a standard incandescent at 17 lm/W

Tsk, tsk, tsk... don't they know Philips makes some of the lowest lifespan incandescents?
Well, I had some Sylvania incandescent lamps that lasted even shorter than the few Philips I have.
Hmm... I have some Sylvania daylights (60 W) and they've lasted over 4,000 hours, oddly.
Rated for 1,000 hrs.
