the first time I saw the burpees I thought 'well, no big deal'. and then I tried it and I was puffing like a locomotive in no time... the workout on the abs is crazy with that one. I see you doin' them quite easy, congrats.
these are way better than barbell squats becuz hindu squats gives you that explosiveness and flexibility that you need to for sports, martial arts,. you can squat 400 lbs. but they only make your legs slower and less agility.

well yes Indian wrestlers do them in 1000s. But that not a reason to laugh at them now is it?
People in west do 100s of crunches. Does that make an exercise laughable?
Bodyweight exercises are just an alternative and natural form of physical fitness routine. Whats wrong with that?
