@drew1942 are you fucking kidding me ? millions of LY away ?! Dude..our milky way has "only" about 100 000 LY across..This nebula is 2 300 LY away. If you dont know something, rather dont open (in this case subscribe) your mounth :/

No. This is the remnants of a star that has expanded it's outer layers in the end of it's life span to form this shell like appearance around the core of the star, which can be seen vaguely in the middle of the shell of gas, which is the remaining thing that exists of the star itself. Hence the name planetary nebula.
