I know my carb don't leak but as for the backplate, i can't be sure..... it's always greasy but i think its mainly to do with my exhaust coupler keeps splitting.... i'm on my 4th one now. Make sure you have spares.
Do you think it would be ok to run the new motor at idle for a tank just to see how it works. Without having to complete the breakin the same year. Im going to wait till spring to bust it out but I want to see if it works or not. its to cold outside. It only like 40-50 degrees.
Naa. If your going to run it in, do it right as it will effect how it preforms in the long run....also it shouldn't matter if it is cold, as long as you run the engine rich for full lubrication! There is no reason why it shouldn't start and work. You might have difficulty starting it first time in the cold. So use a hair dryer to warm it up. I ran mine in the winter aswell. Good luck
i found out i had a different motor. You have the p2 i just have the ofna picco 21 maxx with purple head. I have since then bought the p2 like yours and its awsome. I paid 45$ with a gallon on it
Well the normal plastic ones have no problem with the power. Also try the one way front prop shaft. Its loads of fun as it only applies the breaks to the back wheels.
Get one.... no doubt. I've also heard good things about the new revo engine. But the Picco .21 has so much power. Pulls wheelies easy, if thats the kind of thing you like.

Well I got it in and the front bearing is leaking air and gas like crazy and I cant find a new one. What should I do

It says the stock high speed needle setting is 3 1/2 turns out. Do you think I should run it at 4 1/2 turns out for breakin. And since its cold to.

bought it. Cant wait. I just bought steel cvd kit so i dont have any problems with power. Im hoping the forward only trans will hold up.
