This is a speech given by the Governor of a state to another group in which she is simply being polite to the group, nothing more. There is nothing to be discovered here, no paper trail or documentation or anything. Note how she says "your party is important" and "competition is good". She is simply being polite.
The inflating of importance of this video is just to mask the very REAL problems of the democrat nominee's ties with terrorists and other radicals.

I am voting for Obama but, lets be fair. Todd is currently not a member. He had registered as a member of the Alaskan Independence Party in 1995 and 2000; he no longer is registered as a member of the party, having registered as "undeclared" since 2002. Sarah Palin was never a member of the Alaska Independence Party, and has been a member of the Republican Party since 1982.

There's the 50 states, plus Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, District of Columbia, and Minor Outlying Islands (it's an official designation). That's a total of 57 territories.
