umm depends on what level you are but good places to check out if your level ten or higher would be any bandit locations. rockmilk cave just north of leyawin is a good spot.

@Onua118 be lvl 12 or higher some higher bos enemy's will have ti on lvl 21 deadric and 21 will be regular armor for enemy's
