  • Not leaving my boy. FOREVER SUBSCRIBED to you.

If you decide to do what you want, than do it. True fans wont judge, and hell, they might also do the same thing LOL

Have fun with doing what you want, when you want! :D

  • I've been with since forever, and I'm not leaving. Even if you were to quit, I'd stay subbed. Now that's what you call creepy dedication...

  • I'm happy that you made this video! No one deserves to stress over YouTube! This should be for fun. Look forward to seeing you on xbox!

  • I watched this with mixed emotions. I would love to chat again very soon. I miss the long messages we used to shoot at each other :-) I'm very glad I got to talk to you and that I met you online. Your one of the few I really like/love ... I hope to talk to you soon!

  • @TheGervan This video was not easy for me to do. Over the last year and half I put so much of myself into my channel and videos, and met so many great people that it was not a decision I came to lightly. You without a doubt, are one of the few people I would consider my friend here, and it truly was a please to get to know you. Whenever you want to chat, I will always be around, maybe we can arrange something and chat over Skype soon.

  • Yup that's pretty much the state of the community. I watch what interests me and have unsubbed most of the channels that do not.

  • Bryan fan 4 life no matter what your true fans will always respect your decisions and understand what your going through we wish you the best bryan no matter what we will support you

  • @TheHitman690 Thanks man, that is much appreciated.

  • Love ur dimples Bro

  • #1 BryanR73 FanBoy! In the house!

  • good for you man! That's the best way to do it I guess

  • Bryan are you still going to be on Xbox any time soon

  • @Kuwaitykillers LOL, You and others like you are a big part of what is wrong in this community. The fact that you like and favorite all of Whiteboys videos tells me everything I need to know about your maturity level. Thanks for stopping by, get blocked, and have a nice day.

  • Wow man could not have said it any better myself. I have been feeling the exact same way for a while now and have been seriously considering making a video just like this. I just don't find the whole experience fun anymore and it turned me into an isolationist and that just isn't me. Anyway I really enjoyed your videos and it saddens me that we feel this way but I guess that's the way it goes. Let me know how Star Wars is, I have been going back and forth on picking it up.

  • @Wish4UrMaster I think on some level every commentator knows that the time will come when they do not take the same enjoyment from this that they once did. Even those that do this for a living have already said they don't enjoy it anymore. Since this started as a hobby and still remains one, we can take a step back if we choose to. So far I have played SWTOR for a few hours and I am finding it alot of fun. If you decide to pick it up let me know and I will tell you what server I am on.

  • Good job Bryan. You do what you have to, we will still watch. Its nice to hear from a guy my age, and you and Woody are the best! Thank you for all the great vids.

  • @scott9142 Thanks, I really appreciate the support in my decision.

  • @Artagnan2010 Thanks. It was getting to the point that is was starting to feel like work and stressing about it was taking alot of the fun out of it for me. Money has never been why I starting doing this in the first place, so I needed to make a change in an effort to keep this fun for me and all of you as well.

  • Hey Bryan =D your one of my favorite commentators! I sent you a private message a couple of days ago... can you please take the time to read it? :)

Also Good luck with your quickly growing channel =D

  • @Shikabala95 Thanks man. I am no longer going to concern myself with growing my channel, that is one of the main reasons I started stressing too much about this in the first place. I am going to do this for as long as I can take enjoyment from it. Hopefully this change allows me to enjoy it again.

  • Of course I will still be subbed to you :)

And whenever you are feeling down, just watch Life Of Brian, or at least listen to the final scene song :)

That works for me all the time :)

    Good luck :)

  • @PS3HouseMDPL Thanks House. Thankfully I have plenty of things in my life that make me happy, and coming to the reallization that YT was a cause of stress and making me uphappy at times was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I always said I would do this as long as it was fun for me, and to try and keep it that way it was time for a change.

  • @BryanR73 I have to add that I still enjoy streaming, whatever game. Just to chat and play with viewers.

  • Hi :)

Guess why I only posted only 5 or 6 videos past 3 months?

    Exactly.

I thought that getting a partnership would give me a reason to post more often and less quality videos. But I am glad it didn't.

Now when I have some free time to kill, I always chose other activity than gaming/recording.

I guess the turning point for me was lack of punishment for youtubers that gained lots of subs in not exactly legitimate ways. I said to myself then: Fuck it. Let's post whatever I like and when I like.

  • @PS3HouseMDPL Without a doubt all the drama that occurred over the last several months and the incredible double standards we all saw played a part in my overall attitude towards this. After a while, it all starts to wear on you so I needed to make a change to try and keep this fun for me.

  • and some of this sounds like a cod problem. you do seem to focus too much on it (stemming from your addictive personality?). upload from whatever game you play if you ever feel the urge, if you see something cool, or find something cool. i enjoyed whatever you uploaded.

  • @nejinaji Since I was too focused on growning my channel I knew that COD was the only thing that really got views. Many commentators that tried to buck the trend and post other games saw their views decline immensely. COD fatigue definately played a part in my decision, but it was more than that, like I said it was starting to feel like work at times.

  • well this was a huge surprise. you dont look anything like i thought, haha. its good that youve decided to upload at your own pace. you shouldnt think about numbers too much either. i stressed about them for the first month maybe after i started uploading, but then i realized how stupid it was to put so much emphasis on it.

  • @nejinaji You must have missed the other video I did a few months ago where I used the webcam for the first time :). As much as I tried not to look at the numbers and said they did not matter to me, I realized I was lying to myself and let them affect me more than I wanted them to. It was time for a change to try and keep this fun for me.

  • Hobbies aren't supposed to stress you out bud. Post when you want, I'll watch when you do.

  • @rjvman Thanks man.

  • when you feel like doing videos, you should get some subs together and play a game mode all using a random weapon and posting a decent one. search using riot shields only, or running in pairs using shields and guns!

  • @turkishakaz I really have not decided what I am going to do with my videos going forward. Some may be gameplay, some may be me just sitting in front of the webcam.

  • Good for you! Not worth worrying about. And to tell you the truth - the time for cod videos is passing...

  • @kuba1899 I was starting to get that feeling even before the new YT layout dropped. Since then it really seems that everything is changing.

  • Good for you Bryan. Big thumbs up and big kudos. You stressing over something that is just casual. But thanks for the heads up eh. I noticed that I haven't been seeing your videos up, was wondering what was up with that.

  • @illegalPaint I wanted to be sure of my decision before I said anything. That is the main reason I waited another week or so after I started feeling better.

  • its not worth to stress about it unless your a big youtube commentator.

  • @Sm0k3NMirr0rs Unless you do this for a living, and it is your only source of income, no commentator should let this stress them like I did regardless of their channel size. Something that is supposed to be fun and a hobby should never feel like work.

  • I totally understand your comments Bryan, and I support your decision totally. The only thing we should really have a work ethic about is our jobs. Adult life gives us enough to worry about without us creating more work for ourselves. I'll definitely stick around 'cause you've been really cool and engaging to us. Most youtubers don't really do that. Hope you enjoy your new routine and I look forward to more of your content in 2012!

  • @skyblast Thanks man. I was getting to the point that this was starting to feel like work at times. That is the complete opposite reason I decided to start this in the first place so a change needed to be made.

  • Start doing goofy videos like the one I responded with!!! It helps with the fun

  • @MegaJBach I don't think I am really a goofy video guy, the closest I think I could go was the Darth Vader vid I did, LOL.

  • Its really too bad I cant double thumbs up this video...

  • I tell you what dude, I kinda started getting into that phase myself about literally stressing over making a video. Never again! The reason the big guys do videos everyday is because of the end result! If our result is stress, its time to back that shit up! I totally agree with EVERYTHING you "rambled" on about, lol

  • @MegaJBach The big guys do it because they are paid very well for the videos they post. Smaller channels like us try to do several videos a week as well because we need to keep our name out there. As much as I tried to ignore the numbers associated with this, I realized I was lying to myself and was taking it too seriously. Being away while I was on vacation, and then subsequently sick led to my personal revelation.

  • You are totally right about youtube going downhill. There are only a handful of youtubers that i watch now and you are one of them. Post whatever, whenever and I will be here watching.

  • @GrimmVision Thanks. Most of the videos I see uploaded now are so repetitive. How many more road to commanders can people post? LOL The commentators that make money from this are simply pumping out as many videos as they possibly can with the least amount of heart and effort behind them.

  • @BryanR73 exactly what i was thinking. CoD vids have gotten so boring to watch. I am enjoying some lets plays at the moment. Wrath111377 has an interesting Archam City up. Wouldnt mind seeing some of that Star Wars if you get the urge.lol

  • well brah i have learned that ya have to do what makes you happiest.. mainly for me it has been getting away from so much gaming and actually working on and with my harley.... riding, cleaning or be it whatever... its awesome and brings me happiness.. but thats here nor there...basically the sockpuppet is going to stay subbed bc you rock and are the more humble and honest of the commentators out there... rock on bro...

  • @tapakegabrew Thanks. The most fun I have had gaming in quite some time has been playing Skyrim solo. No worrying about a final score for a gameplay, just sitting back, relaxing, and playing a game solely for the fun of it.

  • @BryanR73 i hear that... i havent played a multiplayer mw3 game in a while... basically been doing the survival mode when i do play it... maybe one day when youre up to it and im off work we can do a co op survival....but i still say .. get a harley and see the smile itll put on your face when you ride... till next time brah ill be looking out for ya on the mw3 ... damn i ramble too much lol

  • @tapakegabrew Many years ago I was very close to buying a cycle. Kind of glad that I never did, I like to have more between my ass and the ground than just the jeans I am wearing, LOL.

  • @BryanR73 for the longest time i wouldnt buy one either...because oh who i am named after and how they died.... well i am sooo glad i did... maybe one day you can say the same but its all good either way brah.. looking forward to the next vid or time youre one man.. catch ya later

  • Hey Bryan, remember me? :P I'm still here haha, and that won't change.

  • @roory20 Thanks man, I appreciate that.

  • And btw, I think you're awesome \m/

  • Sounds good. You know, no matter how many videos you upload I won't unsubscribe. Just take care and have fun instead. Your commentaries are great.

  • @DrummerElliott I really do want to have fun making videos, and if I continued to put them out just to fill a schedule, it would become apparent very quickly that I was not enjoying myself. Hopefully this will allow me to still enjoy it.

  • Hope everything goes well for you, Bryan. I understand how the gameplay/commentaries are becoming monotonous now, especially comparing comms about Blops and MW2 to MW3.

  • @RobeezyLnP The more time that passes, it really seems to me that many commentators are becoming nothing but gimmicks. They are starting to make the most ridiculous videos and selling their souls to views.

  • #lickit izedneck <3's U

  • #lickit

  • <3 this guy

  • @IZEDNECK <3 him too

  • @IZEDNECK Love this guy!

  • @IZEDNECK Nothing but love for you too my friend.

  • one of your best videos ever. I got to the point where you are a while back, you simply cant stress about it. getting a gameplay, thinking of what to say all the time, its stressful. Id love to still do videos, im not able to with all ive got going on right now, and im ok with that. I know it will be here when im ready for it. as you said, it needs to be just for fun, and if it someday turns into something more, so be it. ive already got mad respect for you bryan, this video just gives me more.

  • @TSGameplay Trying to post several videos a week takes more time and effort than many people realize. When you are older like we are, work full time, have a family, etc. it can become stressful to try and find the time to do it. Honestly it was getting to the point I was getting mad that I did not have the time I wanted and thought I needed to do this. It really was time for me to take a step back because the fun factor was dwindling with the stress I was putting on myself.

  • Good for you Bryan :) You go and be happy and do what you want :D

  • @Hillgaard84 Thanks, I really appreciate the support.

  • I know how you feel man, youtube has gone down and I understand as you are the mature side of gamers and many of these things seem immature now and interest in it is lost. But you can take your time and do whatever you want. Enjoy your life and don't think about youtube too much :)

  • @manynukes11 It is just not the same as it was 6 months or so ago. So many commentators now are becoming nothing but gimmicks, and bad gimmicks at that.

  • Just post when you want man, I'll still watch and enjoy your video's.

I feel the same way with the CoD community, I first found it when I bought MW2 and I really liked the whole community. Now it just seems like it's all repetitive. I still follow most of the same people, but even most of those people are moving away from CoD and everything.

  • @TheDrunkenMantis I agree, you can only watch so many gameplay videos before it gets old. Especially when many people talk too much about the gameplay.

  • gameplay dont matter it could be a video of a cow standing in a field and i would still watch just to hear what you have to say

  • @MistepXD I feel the same way with the videos I choose to watch. The ones I enjoy the most now are from Gunns4Hire and his GunnShop.

  • It's perfectly fine, I don't want you to take too much out of your life for us. If you want to upload less, I'll understand, it's good that you don't stress over it anymore. I personally think you're better than most big youtube channels, when you're small you still have a community around your channel.

  • @Execrationalism Thanks man. When you are trying to build a larger, successful channel, trying to post several videos a week can become stressful at times. Honestly I wonder how some other commentators are able to do it.

  • @BryanR73 It's a real mystery, I can only post 1 video a week sometimes skip a week, but I do it for fun, and recently the game I'm having fun with takes a lot of time to make a quality video. I have a different channel for that, I like to separate my personal and public channels.

  • I post videos every once in a while, I dont really stress :) If I have something to post I post. Good decision following in my footsteps. The student becomes the mentor and the mentor becomes the student. The tide have turned :)

  • @Bac837 LOL, I am ready to learn my master.

  • @BryanR73 Good first I will teach you the art of getting men. :)

  • @Bac837 LOL, On second thought..........

  • Now I know how you look! Time to stalk :)

  • @Bac837 LOL, Actually I did show my face in a earlier video.

  • haha never done this but first?

  • @stonecolekiller96 Yahtzee!
