In force, since he has a Knight which, as it will immediately take up the classical position in the centre, supported by a pawn and unassailable, is stronger than a Bishop. In space, since he commands the only open file. In time, since he has developed two pieces and Black none at all (apart from castling, which I don't count here since both players have done it.
