I almost got hacked by that SAME WINDOWS EXPLOIT. It's not just on Patrick Swayze, either! This 'scan' downloaded files to my old XP laptop a while back, and I wound up being unable to remove half of the files. I managed to cripple the virus and keep it from running pop-ups over and over again, but the files could absolutely not be deleted. When I got my new Windows 7 laptop, it tried to get me AGAIN. This time I LOL'd - because it still looks like XP!
@uniongrunt It is. It's absolutely EVERYWHERE, and while it scans it downloads random files onto your computer so it can keep popping up even if you exit out before the executable shows up.
wow...how low can you go? Seriously, scareware should be removed from the internet permanently. how can Google allow these sites to be on the FRONT PAGE OF SEQARCHING>!
