@ILuvDancing445 No one ever stole Winx. They were all given rights to the show including 4Kids and Nick. If they were never given the rights, the Rai staff would've no doubt sued the companies.

In fact, Rainbow purposely reanimated everything for Nick instead of having to go through the trouble of re-dubbing all of Season 1 and 2 and then mashing them together in on big mess. All you see is Rainbow's doing, not Nick. Plus, Nick got rights to the show. Even if they had done this it wouldn't be stolen.
