My honest opinion is that you should stick to fame in Japan. There are reasons you were famous in Japan. You have an image there that they like. In the U.K. you're just another pop artist, in Japan you were something special, unique. I don't know how it is in the U.K. but in the U.S. people just don't understand the cuteness. You have a better chance of making it far Japan verses the U.K., if you want to further your career, Japan would be the place to do it.

Seek music ghost writers in Japan if you can or elsewhere. A sound that is unique and original. Leave your comfort zone and move into of an area, visually (not provocative), vocally and musically you're not accustomed to. Check out the music of Omodaka. Please don't try to emulate Gaga or others like her.

This is the spliting point. People are going to love or hate this video based on two basic ideas.
1> Your original fans loved what you were doing before, non comercial, anime fan, fun loving and innocent. Away from the pop culture and more into the j-pop culture. This is a total detour and away from the very thing they liked out of you.
2> This is modern, more hip sellable to a wide market expanding in the techno culture. Great blend in voice talent and huge improvement over original.
The worst thing is that i can edit a music video better than that. It's really crappy and unprofessional. And i don't mean the beckii's edting, but the music video ITSELF. So sad.
much better then the original as they've added some base behind it plus i think the voices of the clones balance really well with becki's its going to be a hit..it gets more catchy everytime you hear it and the video is only 40 seconds..cant wait :)
I think the best thing for you beckii (no disrespect) is to just go to college/university learn the skills you need to be a successful professional artist and then go into the industry that way. Sorry Beckii, but I don't think many people aren't pleased with this new version. Sure, it may bring a lot of attention for English fans, but seriously, you're supposed to like "an idol" in Japan. The edited version doesn't sound as good and adding "The Clones" makes it sound so trashy. Sorry, I am a fan of you, but this isn't gonna be a success. D:

This is the spliting point. People are going to love or hate this video based on two basic ideas.
1> Your original fans loved what you were doing before, non comercial, anime fan, fun loving and innocent. Away from the pop culture and more into the j-pop culture. This is a total detour and away from the very thing they liked out of you.
2> This is modern, more hip sellable to a wide market expanding in the techno culture. Great blend in voice talent and huge improvement over original.

I think the best thing for you beckii (no disrespect) is to just go to college/university learn the skills you need to be a successful professional artist and then go into the industry that way. I mean, what happens if this all flops? Wouldnt it be better to be taken seriously? I just hope you are thinking about the future and what you might be doing in 20 years time because i dont think it will be this at this rate.
