@MichaelTrendsetter. It's not either I think. If you see, the video is constantly autofocusing, and you only can really get the background noise. That clicking noise that appears every now and then seems to be him using the dialer on the right side of the camera body, for some reason.
I really really want one to replace my old DSLR and camcorder...but such a shame the Sony lenses cost and arm and a leg and even more than the L-series Canons.
That 16-80 Zeiss lens have gotten a hammering for the poor feel and build quality.
@mYOzZyKaT what are you talking about? sony's lenses are not more expensive than canon's. If only thing you would be unsatisfied with would be its lack of lens range. Compare thoroughly with Nikon's and Canon's and youll find Sony's is the cheapest but poorest in terms of number of options.
@fallogingl I do not know what fantasy world you live on but in the real world where everyone else lives, the G-lenses from Sony actually cost more than the prime L-series from Canon. A 70-200 2.8 G directly from Sony goes for 1900$ and the 70-200 2.8L IS USM goes for 1500 and the F4 at 1200. And the prime Sony/Zeiss lenses with the alfa mount cost also more than the comparable Canon lenses as far as I can tell and the build and image quality is not better.

But as I have mentioned, it is the quantity Sony falls short, not the quality. Google few Sony's zeiss lenses especially 135.8 ZA and you will find the lense superior over the equivalent of Canon's. Which Zeiss lens cost more than Canon's?

And you can not compare that lens to the Sony 2.8G because its newer and better technology in the Sony. You have to compare the Sony 2.8G to the old Canon L lens and you do know that and that makes you an idiot. You deliberately mislead and manipulate. You say Zeiss dosnt fail on quality. Well the Sony Zeiss 16-80 mm is absolutely plasticy crap.
