It is contestable. The arrangement is actually a combo. The Tag is Kevin Keller's and the rest of the song is Don Gray's. We got permission from both arrangers to combine them. So it is not really written anywhere that way. We averaged like an 83 on it in the last Prelims we competed with it in 2006.
