  • @KinqMaqnum depends on your current routine, this is more for beginners. I would do this for example when you can't go to the gym but have certain days for certain muscle groups..

  • And your alternating bicep curls should be performed with your palms faced inward when in the lowered position, twisting your wrist upward as you raise the weight, because one of the major bicep functions is to allow the forearm to rotate into a supline position...jeez, basic gym instructor training tells you that, let alone PT certification.

And you also haven't learnt that there is no such thing as "Targetting the middle of your chest", as the muscle fibers in your pecs are horizontal not vertical, therefore you can only target the upper and low sections...not the inner and outer? Jeez. American education.

Besides, functionality and longevity (and safety, first, of course) are SO much more important than a weight "number" to hit. Always. Keep Safe, Smart, and Strong.

    user "TSuperChallenge" has a video about weight gaining, where ha talks a little about if someone is "skinny-fat", a.k.a lighter and yet not in shape, like he was.

  • Dude, your form for dumbell deadlift is horrible. People could fuck up their back real bad if they put on more weight using the form your'e doing. You need to keep your back straight and to bend your knees more.

  • Great video. For beginners who can't do 25lb dumbbells start off with 10pm. Then go to 25lb. Trust me after all these excersices. 25lbs is gonna feel like a 1000 lbs. Do 10. And work ur way to 25lbs. It's better than do 25lbs for half the reps. Because if you start at 10lbs. And get used to doing those reps. All ur changing is weight. Instead of the workout itself. Good lifting and stay safe.

    this is for strenght training. You should go out and go jog, thats a very easy way.

    Or you should do something else, but using the whole body like cycling or swimming.

  • Is it that much of a GOOD IDEA to start off with legs, keeping in mind you will need those for all other exercises? I personally tend to keep legs, abs and back for the end, since those are vital to keeping good balance and are used in most exercises anyway...

But darker skinned humans are like that because of their environment it's called adaptation in order to protect their skin humans developed higher melanin levels to protect the skin from intense sunlight and still allow them to produce Vitamin D.
