it isn't a "smart people" way of raising a question of how following ones culture/religion/traditions may lead to infant mutilation, since it appears that they have no idea that in africa there are villages where infant/child mutilation is regarded as normal and part of the culture and tradition. And the level of mutilation is beyond any of your imagination! as an Orthodox Christian i a have a different opinion on circumcision.
