An operating system is something that can read files and execute them. SO basically, you need a way to READ FILES, THEN RUN THE FILE! Just like making your own type of exe file.

If you can't do that, this isn't even close to an OS. And btw, DON'T COPY MICROSOFT'S LOOK AND FEEL!

Please look up "Operating system" in a dictionary!!!

ummmmm...do you know what an operating system is....???? lol your "OS" is executed by windows, read into memory by windows, displayed to the monitored through commands from windows, and compiled using a microsoft built compiler, operating systems are dependent on hardware only, your "OS" uses another operating system, STAMP OF FAIL

nop a operating system dosent require windows to run. i however have made a operating system if it requires windows to run it is not your operating system it is windows

this is a application .exe

a .iso file can be made as a operating system not a .exe since it requires windows to run
