I wonder if an injected antiinflammatory solution such as this would help to reduce papules from a more chronic inflammatory source, such as an angiofibroma, or would inflammation from chronic etiologies be more likely to recur, rendering this kind of treatment ineffective?
The video is intended to show my students how to inject a lesion safely. I prefer not to comment on therapeutics for specific situations in this forum. That is, here, it is not important what is injected, but rather how it is injected.
I wish I could do that at home myself...cause it is hard to find a doctor that will do this...treatment

The solution is triamcinolone 3mg/cc. It is certainly NOT sodium hyroxide!
