Don't worry about him,MJ isn't dead so he can go do whatever he wants to do,return to work, return to church,nothing will happen to him since he really did no "murder". Just the fact that he is still out let's us know that something is amiss. Don't worry,people!

The police is not going to charge him. It's just another black on black crime to them. Provided that he is working in a black neighborhood with black patients, what do they care. The case is closed so they should just stop with the farce about they are still investigating. Michael is just going to be another unsolved black homicide with the perpetuators running around but not charged like biggie, jam master jay and tupac.
