It is kind of amazing some "people" think health costs are like buying a car or any other commercial proposition (eg: all the insurance co-sponsored posts on Youtube by varying "people"). You can plan to buy a car or a house: it's your own responsibility and your money allocation--but you can't plan a medical affliction. Not the same. I simply note one anti-health plan person on Ytube had her two fave videos as a) a revolver shooting into a tank, and b) a clip of Milton F'man on "Greed". True!!
We already have a law that declares a State's sovereignty, it's called the united States constitution. Why (or how could we) pass a law which only serves to enforce another law. That would be redundant.
If the government blatantly ignores one law, what makes you ( or anyone) think that they would then choose to follow the new law?

Thumbs up at 2:53 but I'd like to know how you would enforce arresting federal agents and active military since most of your state National Guard were shipped by design overseas to keep your state from resisting. GW Bush activated military at home ignoring Posse Comitatus. Just saying it aloud doesn't even sit well. The state National Guard fighting OVERSEAS. How would your activated guard get home to take orders from your governor?
any protest is a good protest! We the people have every right to stand up for what we believe in. In this case, the government is trying to take over the healthcare system.. can you not see what is wrong with that????
Well normally I agree with the liberty movement on open carry and several other issues. But when it comes to health care I would rather have the health care bill passed rather than be gouged and denied by my insurance company. I haven't been to a Dr. in nearly a year. So when I did get sick finally and went to the Dr. I recieved a denial statement after thousands have been taken from my family over the years by them. It took me over 2 months worth of calls to get them to pay.
