I've tried to teach my wife through MW, WaW, MW2 and I split screen with her in BO on TDM every once in a while. She quit playing. Her fav in MW2 was the ACR. Once someone showed up on her screen she went into what I called "Seizure Mode." Where she would completely forgo any common sense, and just blast everywhere. She was slowly learning, but MW2 was a big turning point for her. Once she realized that zero-point precision was required, she just gave up.

First and formeost, Decisivness i see alot of quickly changing plans of action. also aiming, have to get those 2 down first. Play some 1v1 in private matches and let her try to hit moving targets without you firing back, once she can do it consistnetly play for real and put her under pressure. After that work on play style (defensive, balls to the wall rush, ect.) The build from there.
