yeah. i was the critic in this video. And i understand where you are coming from, and i totally agree with the maker of this video. The issue is though, ive not been exposed to this other preacher. So its difficult to make the case that its hypocrisy if i dont know the other guy and what he's saying. And just so we're clear, id make a video response about anyone who called themselves christians and acted like that. The only reason i get on anderson is because i see alot of potential in him.
The main reason I made this video was I know of others who made the same sentiment and I saw your video. People accuse Pastor Anderson because of his stances while someone who would disagree with Pastor Anderson (Dave Coe) goes under the radar.
@crawforda1769 Also when Anderson said "get out of my church", his "case" was different because he was basicly saying that he has authority over who is allowed and isn't allowed into his church. But he doesn't. Its only up to GOD! He's cursing people and telling them "good riddance" just for not agreeing with him. As a pastor, no matter what a person is like, anybody should ALWAYS be welcome into the church, no exclusions! Not to mention that these two cases are VERY different..
There is a difference between kicking out "people who don't agree with you" and people who are in the church to cause problems (reference to I Corinthians 5)
@crawforda1769 ..no comparisons necessary. Keep in mind also that this Montgomery pastor was never as famous and notorious as Pastor Steven Anderson was, who achieved his fame through his infamous and controversial Youtube videos. He was even on the news a couple of years ago for his Barack Obama video! This other pastor has never acheieved has much fame so people have not been exposed to him as much. That said, there's no need to bring out the "hypocrite" card!
Well the videos in question were made long before he became a household name. His Obama messages and border patrol videos were done in 2009. These 2 videos were done in 2008.
@crawforda1769 ctually a lot of his BHO videos were made right before the election. Notice what he says. I even remember a video when he said that BHO was coming to his town as part of his campaign so they were made earlier. It's not the patrol videos that made him famous its the BHO videos. He was even on the news DURING the '08 election years back. Rick Sanchez (CNN anchor) did a report on him.

@crawforda1769 also anderson was saying that if you don't agree with him over how BHO should die and "go to hell" (he didn;t say this exactly but you get the point) that they should get the hell out. now THAT'S not causing trouble, I mean God doesn't want u condeming people.
@crawforda1769 well, it's not exactly HYPOCRISY per say. I mean this bishop, its easy to interpret what he said the wrong way, but what he probably meant is that it is God's will for him to preach to this town and bring them to God, because he is a pastor and God gave him a mission, since he is a montgomery native, so it will be easier for him to win people over.
Actually the video I got that from was because "Bishop" Coe was jealous over people leaving his church and going out to Arizona to be with his church. I'm not sure if the video is still up, but the title is "young baptists are fighting false doctrine."
@crawforda1769 I have to give u kudos for that. Coe should not be jealous of Pastor Anderson here but I don't think hypocrite is the right word here. Now if you mean that Coe was mad at Pastor Anderson for preaching in "his" town then...do u mean that?
@crawforda1769 I dont know if we hate Anderson, although he is easy to hate. More likely his sinful and obnoxious behavior is repulsive to any thinking Christian. We dont know what to do with him. I heard a denomination of Baptist voted to make him an honorary Episcopalian!

Just a question...what does God think about finger pointing?

@MsSimpleLife
John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
Matthew 7:5 ...first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
I was just exposing how some people hypocritically judge Pator Anderson but don't condemn other preachers for the same thing.

So both of the Baptist Brothers were in error I guess.

the point I was trying to get was that the only reason people never got on "Pastor" David Coe was because people naturally hate Pastor Anderson.

@prairiemark The same should be said about David Coe, the "Bishop of Morgantown."
