@DaveFoleyMusic they're partial bar chords. The bar chords with out the two bass strings. I tried posting tab but youtube wont let me for some reason. The root of the D chord starts at the 12th fret.

@Byeron89 just watch his hands, goes b minor, then take the root note off to make it an a/b minor then add a g root note to make it g major 7.

and then it changes... didnt watch it the whole way through. it goes d major barre chord, a major barre chord and then g major barre chord. its pretty simple, hope those two posts helped you mate!
