Not ALL walkers have to be. I've seen very nice ones made with nothing but hydraulics and axises.

Make huge weapons and then use the robo claw to hold them and then make a soldier bot that can use items that are created with ease. Then make it a downloadable advanced duplication. Some ideas for the huge weapons are say a chainsaw, a sword, a rifle, a rocket launcher. You already have half the work done, Legs and arms. Now you need to make the torso and head. Make it so that you can also use the quad- legs for a centurion soldier and bi-pedal for the regular soldiers, make you you can get in!

The walkers are just bodies with elastic and thrusters. He also made noobier walkers with hover balls. =3 Real mechs are made with hydralics or gyros + thrusters.... The claw has a ton of tutorials already on youtube.

hehe you don't need a masters degree in quantum mechanics to build a walker in gmod. You just need to see someone else do it and to put in a alot of practice in gmod. Make a simple walker, and then keep making them until they get bigger and better.

its legs are ridiculously small compared to yours (yours have like 4 segments, mine have 2 lol)

Sometimes the advanced duplicator breaks it and i have to make repairs to get them walking again. I've made better walkers since, I should probably make a video of those at some point. I might do a little basic tutorial someday.

Those would be usefull. If you do end up making tutorials explain in them the reasons why things work to help garrysmod users to learn without really learning. (They think all their doing is folowing a tutorial, but when you explain why things work they can create thier own things without looking at tutorials.)
