Great job on the part of Independence PD, paying enough attention to the road and what was goin on to even notice that something looked odd at the troopers location. They prolly saved his life. Hope they catch, then execute the piece of shit who shot this officer. Gooo Indep PD !!!!!!! I live in Indep. Our officers are awesome.

Dispatcher was brilliant, clear, calm & accurate. Officers on scene were also very calm; they made sure that all information was relayed quickly.
